How to order!

Feel Free to call or e-mail us at any time! We pride ourselves with a long history of customer service. We know it's fun to order something on line at 4:00 in the morning but we feel that you will be most satisfied and comfortable by working with one of us by phone and e-mail.

Familiarize yourself with our choices of pieces first.

Choose a wood species stain color, hardware and any other options that are available for the pieces that you are looking for.

Call or e-mail us with your basic choices and give us your address so that we can quote you on the shipping charges. We will then, supply you with a formal quote for the order that shows your choices for the piece or pieces.

We require a 50% deposit to get the order started. Upon completion of your order, we will e-mail you with a picture of your piece so that you can see, first hand, that your piece was built just as you ordered it. We accept the deposit via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, certified check or personal check.

Shipping is handled by Packship, USA, which is a highly regarded company that specializes in furniture packaging and freight. Each item will be insured against damage. Damage in transit is rare but, if it occurs, it will be handled swiftly and professionally.
